It all kicked in with a deep sense of emptiness. The world around me Mental Health appeared muted, comparable to I was watching life through a foggy window. Simple pleasures that once brought me happiness now resulted in a hollow ache. Weeks blurred into one another, marked only by the heavy weight of sadness. Nevertheless, I knew something was di
